Health Town Hall

Join us on Wednesday, March 27th at 5pm at the Altgeld Public Library (955 E 131st St, Chicago, IL 60827) for a Health Town Hall! Hear from local community members on PCR's Community Health Action Board and learn about PCR’s community health profile and action plan for priority programs, policy, and investments to promote a healthier environment for far southside residents.
